Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and executing in Solar Projects .
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinate with team leads and vendors, monitor resource usage, track milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare regular project status reports, budget tracking sheets, risk registers and support documentation management.
• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, procurement, quality, logistics) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, clients) to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain project documentation (contracts, change orders, invoices, progress reports), ensure version control and accessibility.
• Identify potential risks or delays, propose corrective actions and escalate to the Project Manager as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings: agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
• Support project closure: compile lessons learned, archive records and assist in final deliverables/hand-over.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a project support role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; able to prioritise tasks under shifting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, capable of working with minimal supervision and meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
