Job Description

Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting project progress.

Coordinate between cross-functional teams including development, testing, design, and client stakeholders.

Track project deliverables to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and client update meetings.

Identify project risks/issues and escalate them appropriately.

Ensure compliance with organizational processes and methodologies.

Act as a single point of contact for internal teams and external clients regarding project updates.

2–5 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator in software
Or IT projects.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence,
Trello, or Asana.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge:

Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and electrical systems/project execution.

Skills:

Exposure to client interaction and requirement gathering.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and testing coordination.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

Education:

B. Tech degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline.
