Job Description

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in coordinating or managing government or public-sector projects, preferably in Chhattisgarh.
Strong knowledge of government processes, tender documentation, and compliance reporting.
Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Chhattisgarhi is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools.
Willingness to travel within Chhattisgarh as per project needs.
Liaise with government officials, local authorities, and stakeholders for project approvals, documentation, and progress tracking.
Prepare and maintain project reports, status updates, and documentation as per government requirements.
Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and documentation for project claims and audits.
Support in field operations, data collection, and verification as per project scope.
Ensure project deliverables are met within the defined timeline, quality standards, and compliance norms.
Coordinate with the internal technical and administrative teams to resolve issues and meet project milestones.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to safety and procedural guidelines.
Prepare and submit MIS reports, progress updates, and presentation decks for management and government review meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,065.04 - ₹20,000.00 per month
