Full Time
· 1-2 years of experience in IT support or network/system administration.
· Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, network protocols, and system architecture.
· Install, configure, and maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
· Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
· Ensure system and data security through firewalls, antivirus, patching, and regular backups.
· Support end-users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
· Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and system documentation.
· Ensure timely updates of OS, software, and firmware patches across systems.
· Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
· Perform regular system audits and assist in compliance efforts.
· Maintain and update general ledger accounts and supporting records.
