Role Description

The Project Manager (IT) will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects within the defined scope, budget, and timelines. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams, effective stakeholder management, proactive risk mitigation, and ensuring that project outcomes align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management practices and methodologies
• Proficiency in quality inspection procedures and standards
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in IT or software development projects preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are an added advantage

Key Result Areas (KRA)

• Define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
• Drive project execution, ensuring delivery within timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints
• Monitor and track project performance against KPIs and defined milestones
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain proper documentation of project deliverables, processes, and lessons learned
