Additional responsibilities include collaborating with instructors and subject experts, delivering extra classes as needed, implementing quality assurance for clinical assessments, and overseeing biomedical waste management. The officer will also lead targeted outreach programs, manage staff performance, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders. Reporting duties involve collecting and analyzing data on program outcomes and preparing reports for stakeholders and accreditation bodies. Beyond program management, the officer will assist in research studies, coordinate marketing research, recruit study participants, and plan healthcare camps. The role also requires establishing partnerships with academic and industry stakeholders, analyzing research data, and ensuring adherence to scientific and ethical standards.
