Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator based in Kolkata and Bolpur. The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage program implementation, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor project progress, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of objectives. Additional responsibilities include preparing project reports, organizing events and workshops, and fostering collaboration among team members and external agencies. The role also involves handling project documentation, maintaining compliance with the organization’s guidelines, and addressing challenges proactively.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field with one year of experience is preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and project planning skills
• Experience in stakeholder collaboration, communication, and team management
• Proficiency in research, data analysis, and report writing
• Ability to manage events and facilitate workshops
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic project management software
• Knowledge of social issues affecting marginalized communities is an advantage
• Previous experience in the non-profit or development sector will be considered a plus
