Job Description

The Interior Project Cordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow and execution of interior projects. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and maintain communication across all aspects of the project cycle—from initiation to completion.

Project Coordination:

Assist in the overall planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects.
Support project manager with scheduling, planning, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Communication & Liaison:

Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Address any project-related issues or concerns promptly, escalating as necessary.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
Support the client during the project phase, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Assist with post-project follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction and gathering feedback for future improvements.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, invoices, change orders, and project schedules.
Track the attendance of site workers
Prepare progress reports for internal teams and clients, highlighting milestones, risks, and any deviations from the initial scope.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
