Role Description

• DIPL Mumbai RTM Projects & Processes team is looking to hire a qualified professional with business-based academic backgrounds. You will be joining the Corporate Bank Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM) Projects & Processes team.
• The Projects and Processes team is a global function which will be responsible for driving transformation, continuous improvement, risk remediation and talent and knowledge management across RTM.
• The team member will be responsible for providing support on Project Management activities to multiple onshore stakeholders in a global team. This will mainly include project/program support work, MI, and Business analytics.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design & develop automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Python).
• Translate business requirements into functional automation solutions.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in all automation implementations.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in process automation.
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in business process automation using low-code/no-code tools.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and design efficient solutions.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, APIs, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Certification in low-code/no-code platforms or process automation.
