Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Assistant to manage and deliver language services projects efficiently, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor translation, interpretation, and localization projects from initiation to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure clarity in deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare progress/status reports.
• Track budgets, costs, and timelines, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Graduate in languages, business administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination (preferably in language services or related industries).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAT tools/DTP software preferred.
