Project Assistant

As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing training and support to schools on the use of applications/tools. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychological assessments, assisting in therapy sessions, researching mental health conditions, developing intervention strategies, and maintaining client records. Additionally, you will ensure smooth adoption of applications in schools, collect feedback for improvements, and contribute to mental health awareness campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Visit schools regularly to provide training and support on applications/tools. - Assist in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations. - Provide support during individual and group therapy sessions. - Research and compile case studies on mental health conditions. - Help develop and implement intervention strategies and programs. - Maintain accurate and confidential client/school records. - Follow up with teachers and staff to address challenges and ensure smooth adoption of applications. - Collect and share feedback from stakeholders for continuous improvement. - Contribute to mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, and capacity-building sessions. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any field (Psychology, Education, or Special Education background is a plus). - Good technical proficiency with computers, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Meet. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. - Must have a laptop and stable internet connection. - Having a vehicle for local travel is highly desirable. - Willingness to travel frequently within the city and nearby areas. Please Note: This is a full-time position that requires English proficiency, 100% willingness to travel, and in-person work location.
