As a Project Assistant at Language Services Bureau, your role involves managing and delivering language services projects efficiently to ensure quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: - Plan, coordinate, and monitor translation, interpretation, and localization projects from initiation to completion. - Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure clarity in deliverables. - Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to allocate resources effectively. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines. - Maintain project documentation and prepare progress/status reports. - Track budgets, costs, and timelines, escalating issues when necessary. To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - Graduate in languages, business administration, or related fields. - Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in language services or related industries. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAT tools/DTP software preferred.
