Programs and Operations Lead, gTech Ads Sellside

You will be joining gTech Ads, responsible for providing support and technical services to customers using Ad products. Your role will involve managing vendor programs and projects, ensuring day-to-day program success, identifying process improvement opportunities, and rolling out strategies for new projects. - Manage vendor programs and projects, ensuring day-to-day program success by collecting vendor data and monitoring vendor performance using standard templates. - Identify process improvement opportunities within current workflows, provide feedback to internal/external stakeholders, and support vendors in ongoing activities such as best practices, training, quality reviewing, and resource staffing planning. - Own relationships with vendor service providers for new projects, managing and rolling out strategies in partnership with business owners. - Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share best practices across geographies, and collaborate with the global services team to transform the space from reactive to predictive. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in SQL, web technologies, HTML, technical program management, JavaScript, Ads, DoubleClick for Publishers, Digital Advertising, AdSense, AdMob. - Experience in program management, technical support operations, technical troubleshooting, vendor operations, vendor management, process improvement, stakeholder management, and data analysis. - Experience with SQL to develop and manage databases. - Experience in project management and execution, multi-tasking, delegating with numbers and data analytics. - Experience in process management systems like Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Lean. - Experience in Ad technology with publisher-facing technologies including Ad Manager with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve publisher issues.,
