About This Role Cialfo is currently seeking an exceptional Client Partner to provide top-notch service to high-quality B2B high school clients. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from junior counselors to senior school leaders, with the grace and sophistication akin to white-glove luxury services. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in customer service, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive account growth while embodying sophistication, emotional intelligence, and personalization. This strategic role demands a unique blend of client management, business acumen, and luxury customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels, retention, and account growth. What You Will Be Doing On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will focus on the tactical and operational aspects of your role. Key tasks include: Driving Client Success: - Collaborating closely with high school stakeholders to understand their objectives and align Cialfo's solutions with their desired outcomes. - Conducting tailored onboarding and training sessions for counselors, students, IT teams, and school management. - Monitoring and analyzing client engagement data to identify opportunities for enhancing their ROI and achieving measurable results. Ensuring Client Satisfaction and Customer Delight: - Conducting regular business reviews to assess progress, showcase impact, and gather feedback. - Acting as a trusted advisor by anticipating client needs and offering personalized solutions for high satisfaction levels and account retention. Client Support: - Resolving technical and operational challenges by liaising with internal teams across various departments. - Serving as the primary point of contact for high school clients, delivering prompt and effective support. Maximizing Value and Expanding Relationships: - Encouraging deeper adoption of Cialfo's platform by showcasing new features that address evolving client needs. - Leveraging relationships to identify opportunities for account growth, including expanding clients" usage of Cialfo's multi-product offerings. Operational Efficiency: - Maintaining client database and essential information accurately in the in-house CRM system. - Recording all client interactions and actions meticulously in the CRM system. Lead, Strategize & Develop on a Regular Basis: - Executing strategic initiatives with a clear focus on near-term goals, vision, and positioning of the Cialfo brand, product, and business in the market. Providing World Class Customer Experience: - Ensuring every client interaction is handled with exceptional professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. - Going above and beyond by providing thoughtful gestures and bespoke solutions that make clients feel valued. - Handling complex client challenges with composure, professionalism, and discretion. - Building relationships based on trust, exclusivity, and exceptional value delivery. Cultivating Customer Led Brand Advocacy: - Elevating the client's perception of the Cialfo brand throughout their lifecycle to create brand advocates. - Nurturing enthusiastic clients who champion Cialfo's solutions within their networks. - Identifying and fostering clients who are passionate about Cialfo's impact, enhancing their visibility in the community and industry. Business Development: - Developing long-term strategies to maximize client retention, growth, and partnership expansion. - Crafting and executing client-specific growth plans based on data insights. - Presenting strategic solutions and proposals with professionalism. Relationship Development: - Establishing strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align with institutional goals. - Positioning Cialfo as the preferred choice among school management and decision-makers. Collaboration with Product & Marketing: - Creating success stories and case studies that highlight the value of Cialfo's solutions. - Providing user insights to the product team and offering early feedback for product development and enhancements. About You Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: - Familiarity with SaaS, EdTech, or technology solutions for B2B clients. - Experience in the high school and/or higher education industry. - Over 5 years of impactful experience in customer success, client experience, account management, or strategic consulting, with a proven track record of managing and growing high-value client relationships. - Expertise in driving revenue growth through new product development, marketing initiatives, branding efforts, and partnerships. Skills: - Consultative Approach: Understand client goals deeply and offer tailored solutions. - Attention to Detail: Anticipate client needs and manage even the smallest details flawlessly. - Understanding of data and numbers: Strong analytical thinking for business growth. - Efficient Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. For Hard Bid and Design Build Estimating, tasks involve procuring drawings and specifications, tracking correspondence and documents, confirming the completeness of contract documents, creating a Control Estimate, confirming local building permit rates, and liaising with architects regarding addenda and supplemental information. Strong numerical and technological skills, attention to detail, communication, negotiation, and team collaboration abilities are essential.
