Barclaycard Payments is looking for Programme Manager to join our team
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective programme management strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform programme decisions and measure success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a minimum of years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
