About the Role:

Program & Operations Coordinator

Role & responsibilities:

Agent Onboarding & Administration

  • Manage the end-to-end

    agent onboarding process

    , ensuring all necessary formalities, paperwork, and system accesses are completed promptly.
  • Handle all post-onboarding administrative tasks, including documentation filing and system updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new agents regarding administrative and procedural questions.

Program and Campaign Support

  • Collaborate closely with the

    Program Manager

    to monitor and track the progress of ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in compiling regular status reports and summaries for stakeholders.
  • Help organize and maintain program documentation, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.

Training & Development

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of

    training sessions

    for newly joined employees, focusing on company procedures and systems.
  • Support the training needs of our partner agents, helping to coordinate schedules and manage training materials.

Operational Support

  • Perform essential day-to-day

    operational tasks

    , including accurate

    data feeding

    and the meticulous maintenance and updating of tracking

    spreadsheets

    and databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • High level of proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel

    or

    Google Sheets

    for data entry, tracking, and basic analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred:

  • Experience in

    onboarding

    or Human Resources processes.
  • Previous exposure to program or campaign management environments.
  • Experience in delivering or assisting with training sessions.
