Job Description

As a Trainer, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Training participants on various topics such as First Aid, Safety, Basic Life Support, Occupational Health, Trauma, and Home Health Care - Volunteering to supervise trainees during hands-on sessions conducted by other trainers - Providing induction and refresher training to field staff, including drivers and paramedics - Working towards the advancement of Safety Training Programs by contacting clients and facilitating the conduct of Safety Trainings You will also be responsible for: - Taking care of training documentation and material management, including facilitating and documenting the trainings conducted - Maintaining systematic records as required and managing all training equipment and materials for the training team - Conducting interviews for the selection of paramedics and providing training to them Additionally, you will be in charge of projects assigned to you, which will involve tasks such as: - Undertaking report writing and data analysis as needed - Meeting relevant stakeholders and conducting visits and meetings to seek partnerships required for projects - Finalizing logistics as necessary for project execution In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be involved in other projects or initiatives that the organization conducts from time to time. Expectations from you include: - Being a fast learner, with the ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn effectively - Possessing good communication skills and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (command on Gujarati is preferred but not mandatory) - Having the ability to interact effectively with diverse target groups - Being a strong team player and willing to take on new responsibilities and roles within the organization - Having computer skills to create presentations and reports in Word and Excel - Being open to and willing to travel out of Vadodara for approximately 12 to 15 days per month Health Criteria: Individuals with health issues such as cardiac problems, lower back (spine) issues, and knee joint problems are advised not to apply.
