Job Description

a) To be involved as Trainer during all community / industrial and non-industrial training programs:

· To training participants on various topics of First Aid, Safety, Basic Life Support®, Occupational Health, Trauma, Home Health Care etc.

· To volunteer for supervising the trainees during hands-on sessions of other trainers

· To provide induction training and refresher training to field staff including drivers and paramedics

· To work for furtherance of Safety Training Programs by contacting clients and enable the conduct of Safety Trainings

b) To take care of the training documentation & material management

· To facilitate and undertake the documentation of the trainings conducted. Also to maintain systematic records as required.

· To take care of all the training equipment and materials in charge of the training team.

· To conduct interviews for selection of paramedics and train them

c) To be in charge of Projects assigned

· To undertake report writing and data analysis as and when required

· To meet relevant stakeholders

· To conduct visits and meetings for seeking partnerships required for projects

· To finalize logistics as may be required for project execution

d) To be involved in any other projects apart from core project assigned, be involved in programs or initiatives that we will conduct from time to timethroughout the day, may not apply.

Expectations:

Should

· Be A fast learner; learning, unlearning and relearning is key to be a good trainer

· Have good communication skills and command over 3 languages English, Hindi & Gujarati (command on Gujarati is preferred, not mandatory)

· Not have any stage fear

· Be able to interact with varied target groups

· Be a very good team player

· Be willing to take up newer responsibilities and roles in different activities of organisation as and when required

· Have computer skills – able to create own presentations and reports in word and excel

· Be open to and willing to travel out of Vadodara for approximately 12 to 15 days in a month.

Health Criteria:

· Persons with health issues like cardiac, lower back (spine) and knee joint problems may not apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Required)

Language:

  • English, Hindi and Gujarati (Required)
