Job Title: Program Manager Weight Management (Logistics)

As our

Program Manager Weight Management (Logistics)

, you will lead high-impact initiatives to drive freight cost optimization, ensure compliance with carrier weight standards, and improve shipment weight accuracy across our logistics network. In a fast-scaling ecosystem where every gram counts, your work will prevent revenue leakage, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen relationships with courier partners directly contributing to GoKwik s ability to deliver cost-effective and reliable commerce infrastructure.

What You ll Own

Weight Accuracy & Compliance

Design and implement systems to ensure accurate shipment weight capture across logistics touchpoints.
Monitor carrier weight audits and proactively resolve disputes related to weight discrepancies.

Program Management

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and tracking for weight management programs.
Define clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating across internal teams and partners.
Work closely with Account Managers, Merchants, and Courier Partners to roll out and optimize solutions.

Cost Optimization

Identify opportunities to reduce penalties and excess freight costs through improved weight accuracy.
Drive negotiations with logistics partners on weight-based billing and service-level terms.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Build dashboards to track weight variance, carrier performance, and trend analysis.
Present data-driven insights, risk flags, and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
Use analytics to identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.

Who You Are

4 6 years of experience in program management or operations within logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive results in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical mindset with experience working on dashboards, data interpretation, and reporting.
Deep understanding of logistics billing, weight auditing, and courier compliance is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for execution.
