WHAT WILL YOU DO

Program Manager

You will be responsible for :

Overseeing the successful implementation and day-to-day operations of a specific vision benefit program running at our eyewear partners.

• Manage overall P&L of the program by taking full ownership of the program’s financial performance, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Ensure seamless operations for the program
• Grow the program by acquiring and cultivating new strategic partners
• 
  

• Prerequisites

• 5-8 years of professional experience in account management, or partnership management roles.
• Direct experience in the

  employee benefits

  industry is required.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
