Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Temenos Analytics to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills and technical leadership capabilities, ensuring the successful delivery of complex software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects while fostering collaboration among cross functional teams. Responsibilities: Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Utilize Temenos Analytics to drive data driven decision making and enhance project outcomes. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate communication between technical teams and non technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience with Temenos Analytics is a deal breaker. Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Technical leadership experience in software development environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a focus on delivering results. Preferred Skills: Experience with other analytics tools and platforms. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Experience in managing remote teams and cross functional collaboration.
