Role & responsibilities: Knowledge and Skill to read technical documents to comprehend customer requirements. Ability to break down the project into tasks and sequence them + estimate the time for each task. Create a Gantt chart to represent the project schedule in Excel or MS Projects. Keep track of and report on project progress. Identify and create stake holders list and develop communication matrix (internal and external stake holders). Escalate non-completion of individual tasks and highlight any delays in particular. Identify the Critical Path of the project and monitor the same. develop an alternate execution plan to complete the project on time. Identify Project Risks, Maintain Risk register & risk cube and monitor risks till closure. Must possess good communication skills written and oral. Knowledge, skills and experience: 8 to 12 Years of Program Management experience in an Aerospace & Defence Industry preferably an AS 9100 certified company. Should have handled at least 3 projects simultaneously. Should have handled export orders. Should have handled developmental orders as well as large production orders. Qualifications: BE / B. Tech (Mechanical) or Diploma (Mech) with training in Project Management. PMP Certification is preferred.
Roles And Responsibilities: Responsible for the entire Production department of the plant. Will lead the Production team consisting of Assistant Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, helpers and Trainees. Shall study and validate adequacy of PFC, BoM, RC and other Production related documents received from Engineering department. Shall co-relate PCP, QAP, QAM and Inspection Plans along with Manager Quality. Shall allocate personnel for various production activities and direct the team to complete all production activities as planned in accordance of the goals and schedules of the organisation. Shall place effective measures to ensure production activities are carried out with due diligence. Shall carry out the production of FIRST ARTICLE and help modify the Engineering Documents where required to ensure quality compliant series production of products. Is responsible to study the customer requirements and ensure all internal documentation is aligned to customer requirements. Shall ensure all Production activities are done as per the GANTT CHART time lines and escalate delays to reporting authority during project weekly reviews. Is responsible for keeping all the Production infrastructure functional and liaise with Maintenance department to ensure Preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule. Also raise indents for any additional infrastructure required for new operations / improve current operations for increased productivity. Shall work closely with maintenance department during any break down. Shall participate in the Cross Functional Team (CFT) for the following: - Risk Analysis of Contracts - Contract Review of PO - Analyse deviations in production and contribute to CFT study for analysing defects. Shall put in place preventive measures to ensure production compliance for future quantities. - Contribute technically during preparation of quotations to customers Shall contribute to Engineering and Quality efforts with customers and suppliers for completion and approval of FIRST ARTICLE and also subsequently ensure acceptance of every lot of series production goods. Knowledge, skills and experience: Should have worked in manufacturing of components and assemblies in Aerospace & Defence domain for at least 10 years of the total prior experience. Should have working knowledge of Production of mechanical hardware components and assemblies. Products manufactured, will be from the below processes, hence the candidate must have high degree of expertise in at least one of the following with working knowledge or at least basic understanding in the others: - Metallic Machining (CNC & Conventional) - Precision Welding of exotic alloys - Metal Forming - Filament Winding (Composites) - Press Moulding - Autoclave Moulding Should have Strong Skill in reading and interpretation of Engineering drawings / 3D Models, Process specifications, Route Cards and other production related engineering documents Should have lead a production team of at least 50 personnel engaged in production activities Should have ability to analyse the inspection reports submitted by Quality department and take corrective action for future batches of production in consultation with Engineering department. Should have knowledge of production tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Heijunka, TPM, KPIs, etc. Should have working knowledge and experience in QC functions such as Dimension Measuring, NDT, Functional testing and Mechanical Testing. And also QA functions such as root cause analysis. Should be well-versed in AS9100 processes and related standards for FAI and production including traceability requirements etc. Experience in NADCAP is desirable. Must have knowledge of performing First Article Inspections internally and with customers. Qalifications: BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering Work Experience: Should have a total of at least 17 years of professional experience in Production with at least 10 years in Aerospace and Defence Industry

Zero incidents, zero wastage, zero rejection culture to be inculcated Should have expertise in advanced manufacturing techniques, quality systems, and industry standards. Work together with cross-functional teams including quality, production and design. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in machining and assembly processes. Knowledge, Skills Should have strong exposure in SolidWorks 3D Modelling. Expert in cycle time calculation, tooling costing, and part cost estimation. Strong understanding in mechanical drawings. GD&T & Tolerance Analysis Strong understanding of GD&T. Standardize tooling, and inspection methods across machines. Good knowledge in mechanical processing and knowledge in composites will be advantageous. Knowledge in special processes. Experienced in Kaizen, SMED, 5S, and process standardization. Apply engineering methodologies including PFMEA, DFM, APQP, and PPAP to ensure process reliability and product quality. Experience and Educational Qualification: Should have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in design/ME department.
Should ensure the smooth manufacturing and consistent suitable output of products to meet quality requirements. Should have 8+ years of professional experience in quality control / quality assurance. Understanding standards and specifications, QAPs. Should have knowledge of inspecting raw material, Chemical, Mechanical testing, Non-destructive testing. Handling of quality control equipment, Instruments, Gauges, Dimensional inspection of components. Skills to Communicate clearly to inspectors and customer. Supervising, guiding monitoring and allocation of work to quality control inspectors. Time management to work on deadlines to inspect quickly. Decision on inspecting accepting or rejecting final product. Problem solving for deviated / rejected product. Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel
