Role Overview

The Program Manager will oversee multiple cross-functional teams and sports science programs running within Acrophase. This role combines program execution, stakeholder management, user behavior research, and outreach for large-scale expansion.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates exceptionally well, and can translate vision into structured execution.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Team Management

• Manage and coordinate multiple teams across sports science, engineering, research, and operations.
• Drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Implement processes and workflows to keep programs aligned and efficient.
• Conduct regular reviews, status updates, and ensure cross-team communication.

User Interaction & Behaviour Insights

• Engage directly with athletes, coaches, and partner organizations to understand user needs and behavior.
• Translate insights into actionable product/program improvements.
• Support the development of user-centric solutions and interventions.

Outreach & Expansion

• Lead outreach initiatives for expanding Acrophase programs nationally and internationally.
• Build partnerships with sports organizations, academies, federations, and institutions.
• Represent Acrophase at events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

Operational & Strategic Support

• Support leadership in strategic planning, program growth, and process design.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth operation of on-ground activities, trials, testing, and collaborations.

Required Qualifications

• MBA

  from a reputed institution.

• 5+ years of relevant experience

  in program management, operations, consulting, or similar roles.

• Excellent communication skills

  in English and Hindi (both mandatory).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (Huge Plus)

• Background in Engineering

  or technical domains.

• Former athlete

  or significant experience in sports.
• Experience working in sports tech, sports science, fitness, performance training, or athlete management.
• Exposure to research-driven or high-technology environments.
