About the Role

Expert Programs Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage delivery and learner progress for Certified Workflow Architect programs
Facilitate discussions and guide participants toward program goals
Review learner performance, provide objective coaching and feedback
Work with SMEs and content teams to improve program materials
Track program metrics, reporting, and learner outcomes
Support program marketing to internal stakeholders
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure inclusivity and fairness across all learning programs
Mentor and support learner development

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years
of managing large programs/projects in enterprise environments
5+ years
of hands-on experience across ServiceNow applications
3+ years
working on ServiceNow CRM or Industry Workflow implementations
Strong experience in
coaching, facilitation, or mentoring
Excellent
program management, organization, and communication
Experience in ServiceNow
implementation or application development
Ability to work with global teams across time zones
Understanding of modern learning & development best practices

Good to Have

Experience in technical training delivery or instructor roles
Exposure to learner assessments and feedback systems
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
