Job Summary:

Head of Learning & Development (L&D)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement L&D strategies, programs, and policies aligned with the organizations goals
Identify training needs across departments and create customized learning modules
Coordinate and oversee training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs across both branches
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and ensure continuous improvement
Work closely with department heads, HR, and leadership teams to develop career development plans
Monitor compliance training and certifications specific to healthcare standards
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the
healthcare or hospital
sector
Proven experience in managing multi-location or cluster operations
Strong understanding of healthcare training needs, clinical and non-clinical staff development
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage L&D strategy across different teams and levels
