Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Learning Life Cycle, from Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to post-training evaluation and reporting.
Understand the Employee Life Cycle to align L&D interventions with key moments that matter across tenure stages.
Engage with business leaders and regional stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning needs aligned with organizational goals.
Design, develop, and implement relevant learning solutions classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
Create or curate high-quality, contextual, and engaging training content and instructional materials.
Facilitate impactful and interactive training sessions for diverse employee groups – new hires, front-line teams, and managers.
Drive training effectiveness through clear metrics, post-training evaluations, and follow-through plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, Admin, Sales, etc.) to embed learning into daily business routines.
Ensure strong stakeholder management by continuously engaging with regional business leaders to assess effectiveness and gather feedback.
Support central L&D team on PAN India projects and initiatives, as and when required.
Will be the MahaRERA SPOC for ANAROCK Group and will be responsible for driving/conducting MahaRERA training compliance
