Job Description

As a Program Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs, your role will involve the following: Role Overview: - Manage end to end delivery of digital transformation programs by collaborating with stakeholders across different layers of implementation. - Expertise in Agile Methodology, including Product Grooming, Agile Ceremonies, and coordinating with Technical Architects, Development, Testing, Release, and Maintenance. - Client management skills with strong articulation, detailing, and negotiation abilities. - Coordinate client interactions for product requirement grooming, development, user acceptance testing, rollout, and release phases. - Experience in Product Development in Web/Mobile technologies with industry standard engineering practices. - Passionate about delving into functional and technical details and motivating the core team during design/solutioning phases. - Identify new prospective projects by showcasing delivery excellence and manage program delivery effectively. - Strong Project Management skills including Estimation, Scheduling, Tracking, Commercials, and Quality. - Experience in managing teams of size greater than 30 in a global delivery model. - Lead Agile teams and anchor different ceremonies like grooming, sprint planning, sprint retro, and sprint demo. - Excellent team management skills to enhance team competencies and work quality. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs by engaging with stakeholders across different layers of implementation. - Engage with client teams for managing deliverable requirements, strategic growth, risk mitigation, and account growth. - Manage at least a team of 30 resources across different projects. - Ensure functional, technical, and commercial quality of projects. - Analyze business problems faced by clients and suggest solutions. - Integrate and work with different teams for successful program delivery. - Track business and program level KPIs, plan for risk mitigation, and manage dependencies. - Build customer confidence through detailing, pro-active nature, and quality. - Prepare and track project schedules, manage project commercials, and ensure timely invoicing. - Champion Agile practices including Product Grooming, Sprint Planning, Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospection. - Collaborate with Sales and account leadership for developing new opportunities. - Willingness to travel to client sites based on project needs and adhere to ISMS policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Program Management. - Strong expertise in Agile Methodology and modern engineering practices. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience in Quality assurance, production support, and managing teams in a global delivery model. - Proactive, effective in dynamic environments, and comfortable with outward communication and leadership challenges.,
