Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Program Manager to lead and manage strategic programs across global locations. Must-Have:

• 3-5 years of experience working in fast paced environment in IT/Tech services.
• Should be a passout from lIM college
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Good-to-Have:

• Working knowledge of Power BI
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• As a Program Manager, you will drive end-to-end program delivery ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Lead and manage strategic programs aligned with business goals across global teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies early nd develop mitigation strategies.
• Define scope, goals, timelines, success metrics and budgets aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Develop executive dashboards and presentations providing strategic insights using a data-driven approach for leadership.
• Continuously improve program frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs, timelines, and budget planning as per
• requirements
• Collaborate with senior leadership, business heads and functional teams across geographies to ensure program success.
