As a Program Manager , you will drive operational excellence across ekincare Sales and cross-functional teams. Youll track key metrics, streamline processes, support sourcing plans, manage events, and ensure flawless execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate lives in spreadsheets and frameworks but executes with hustle , uses data to cut through noise , has strong analytical skills , zero tolerance for fluff, and owns outcomes end-to-end .

Designation: Program Manager / Chief of Staff Co-founders Office

Location: Hyderabad (In-Office)
Reporting To: Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Planning: Monitor KPIs, support pipeline planning, sourcing, and event strategies; identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Program Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership; coordinate events and initiatives.
Data & Insights: Track, analyze, and visualize key metrics; provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain project plans, timelines, and executive dashboards, deliver regular updates to leadership.

Requirements

B.Tech / MBA from a reputed institute with 2+ years of relevant experience

Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

Multi-tasking and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments

Experience in sales operations, program management, or entrepreneurial roles is a plus.
