Job Description

The
Associate Director (MEP)
role involves leading multidisciplinary building services projects,
managing client relationships, project delivery, and team performance. The position oversees multiple projects,
ensuring high-quality engineering solutions, financial control, and resource planning.
Responsibilities include technical reviews, proposal preparation, mentoring junior engineers,
and driving digitalization in project delivery.
Ideal candidates should be
experienced mechanical engineering leaders
(B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical),
with proven expertise in
MEP design, project management, and global delivery coordination (UK, ME, USA)
.
Proficiency in
Revit, AutoCAD, HAP, and IES
, and prior
team leadership and client-facing experience
are essential;
chartered status
is an added advantage.
