Program Management Intern

About The Role

• Track and report daily and weekly program KPIs such as completion rates, participations, and TAT.
• Maintain dashboards to ensure transparency and visibility for all stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks or delays in sub-processes and escalate proactively.
• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs across all program operations.
• Support documentation of processes and contribute to continuous operational improvements.
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a UG degree or higher in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and content handling.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.
• Good written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven reporting.
• Process-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong ownership and accountability in deliverables.
• Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
• Quick learner with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative and effective in stakeholder communication.
• Prior experience or internship in Program Management, Operations, or Analytics is a plus.
