About The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic

Program Intern

to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and solving day-to-day challenges in the learning domain, with a particular emphasis on curriculum, content, and student progression. The ideal candidate will excel at uncovering bottlenecks, implementing immediate solutions, and setting up scalable, long-term processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our academic operations and delivering exceptional learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Support cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, academics, and operations.
• Gain firsthand exposure to 0-to-1 program launches, understanding what it takes to build and scale new educational offerings.
• Work closely with multiple teams and take ownership of specific execution areas, contributing directly to program success.
• Be encouraged to learn by doingthis is a hands-on role designed for those who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently in final year of undergraduate studies, or a recent graduate.
• Prior internship experience preferred.
• Experience working in college teams or student-led initiatives is a plus.
