Platform Management : Oversee the integration and management of courses on the EdTech platform, ensuring smooth delivery and user experience for students and instructors. Student Onboarding Support : Guide students through the platform, helping them with course enrollment, technical support, and addressing any learning or platform-related queries. Course Scheduling Monitoring : Coordinate course launch schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of content, assessments, and feedback to students. Assessment Evaluation: Manage the creation and delivery of online assessments, quizzes, and assignments. Analyze student performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaboration with Marketing Sales: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure courses are promoted effectively, and new courses align with market demands. Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between instructors, students, and management, facilitating feedback and resolving any course delivery issues. Continuous Improvement Innovation: Collect feedback from students, instructors, and data analytics to continuously improve course content, delivery methods, and the platforms overall effectiveness.
