Role Overview:

APM-Academics

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead program delivery across academic functions—scheduling, logistics, LMS management, and student engagement.

● Collaborate with CXOs and academic heads to align operations with institutional goals and drive continuous improvement.

● Own stakeholder management across students, faculty, and internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.

● Analyze academic performance, attendance, and feedback to inform strategy and optimize execution.

● Drive operational efficiency by refining workflows, automating processes, and ensuring data accuracy.

● Manage high-priority escalations, on-ground issue resolution, and strategic reporting for leadership.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Education, or related fields.

● Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including CXOs.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Proficient in LMS platforms, Excel, and performance dashboards.
