Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. As a Program Advisor, you will guide and support prospective learners through the enrollment process, providing tailored advice on program offerings. Daily responsibilities include answering inquiries, assessing candidates' needs and suitability for specific programs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to enrollment. Your goal will be to help candidates make informed decisions while driving program enrollments and upholding the company's mission to empower learners.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills to engage with prospective learners effectively.
• An ability to analyze candidates' requirements and recommend suitable programs to meet their career objectives.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and a solid understanding of technology-driven learner platforms.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines with organizational and time management expertise.
• Experience in sales, counseling roles, or the education domain is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in any field is required; a specialization in Education, Business, or Communication is a plus.
• A passion for education, career development, and impactful communication to bridge the education-to-employment gap.
