We are expanding our core team and looking for energetic, driven, and high-ownership professionals for the role of Academic Counsellor. Key Responsibilities: Connect with 100-150 new student leads daily and manage ongoing conversations to meet enrolment targets. Conduct counselling sessions via calls, online demos, trial classes, emails, and chats to explain program benefits effectively. Create impactful, trust-building conversations to guide students toward enrolment. Manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to conversion using CRM tools. Maintain consistent communication quality while achieving daily/weekly targets. Follow a structured sales and engagement process to maximize conversions. Qualifications & Skills: 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales (EdTech experience is a strong plus). Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Hands-on experience with Dialers & CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.). Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to improve processes. Prior startup experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
