What You'll Do

• Engage with 100-150 new student leads daily and drive enrolments.
• Conduct counselling sessions via calls, demos, emails & chats to explain program value.
• Build trust-driven conversations and guide students through the entire enrolment funnel.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Follow structured sales processes to maximize conversions.

What We're Looking For

• 1-5 years of B2C sales experience (EdTech preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and target-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM/Dialers (Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.).
• High ownership, resilience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!
