Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Program Advisor role based in Gurugram. The Executive Program Advisor will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, understanding their aspirations, providing tailored guidance on professional programs, and assisting them throughout their enrollment journey. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, addressing learner queries, maintaining strong relationships, and contributing to program enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to counsel learners effectively
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a detail-oriented approach
• Experience in sales, program advisory, or career counseling in the educational domain is advantageous
• Proven ability to work in team-oriented environments and achieve enrollment goals
• Proficiency in using CRM or related tools and technology for managing relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications are a plus
