Program Advisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Advisor located in Gurugram. The Program Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to learners, assisting with enrollment processes, and ensuring successful program completion. Day-to-day tasks include counseling prospective students, answering queries, evaluating learner needs, offering program recommendations, and coordinating with various departments to enhance the learner experience.

• Counseling and advisory skills
• Experience in enrollment processes and learner support
• Communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with technology and online platforms
• An understanding of the education-to-employment landscape in India
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in the EdTech or CareerTech sector is a plus
