Mission descriptionManage day to day activities of production associates and quality inspectors Ensure production planning adherence with targeted performances for efficiency, productivity, material overconsumption Monitor the production line performance and report to production supervisor regularly Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements Manage the team skills matrix compliance Manage tools and Material availability in production line Support all improvement initiatives Ensure final goods compliance with applicable quality and customer requirements Manage HSE & 5S inititatives in production line Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable. Adhere and respect all HSE procedures/policies/ practices Be aware on latest updates on HSE and implement/ follow Follow ergo exercises as trained by the medical practitioner/ ergonomics training Contribute continuous improvement ideas to HSE program and risk assessments Engage and actively support the HSE initiatives and encourage others to involve Ensure all the team members are trained, aware and strictly adhere to all HSE procedures/policies/ practices Implement/support and respect all HSE initiatives including HSE standards, GPI's, Risk assessments, audit actions, training/awareness sessions conducted by authorized personnel and other related HSE topics Initiate analysis of accidents/incidents or potential risk situation and implement appropriate actions to mitigate and avoid recurrence Serve as custodian for safe work practices, Perform HSE prevention plan for onsite service providersProfessional Skills Fluent in English & Telugu Significant knowledge and past experience in production team management Basic knowledges on Lean Manufacturing Basic software skills & Good knowledge on MS Excel,MS Power Point Good communication behavior D. Behavioral Skills Be able to work independently; Show pro-active thinking Be able to communicate clearly E. Desirable Aspects French language FMEA VBA Green Belt
