Job Title - Production Executive
Industry - Paper Box Manufacturing
Location: Bhagwanpura, Barwala Road, Derabassi
Experience: 1–3 years in production/manufacturing
Qualification: Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor daily production activities on automatic box making machines (e.g., folder-gluer, die-cutting, lamination).
2. Ensure proper machine operation and minimal downtime.
3. Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.
4. Maintain daily production reports and shift-wise output data.
5. Supervise shop floor workers and ensure adherence to safety standards.
6. Assist in material planning and process optimization.
Skills Required:
1. Knowledge of automatic converting/packaging machinery
2. Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues
3. Strong team coordination and communication skills
4. Basic knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures
Job Title - Production Manager
Industry - Paper Box Manufacturing
Location: Bhagwanpura, Barwala Road, Derabassi
Experience: 4–10 years in production, preferably in printing/packaging industry
Qualification: Bachelor's or Masters Degree
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the entire production department for automatic paper box manufacturing.
2. Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
3. Monitor performance metrics (output, wastage, efficiency, downtime).
4. Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve productivity.
5. Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams.
6. Train and supervise production staff and ensure labor discipline.
7. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Skills Required:
1. Hands-on experience with automatic box machines and converting lines
2. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
3. Proficiency in ERP/MIS for production tracking
4. Knowledge of ISO, GMP, and safety audits
