Location: Desmat Plant (Sonipat – Bahalgarh Chowk)
Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Head
Exp : 3+ yrs
Salary : up to 5 LPA

Role Overview:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met with optimum efficiency, quality, and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage shop-floor teams, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, targets, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain product quality standards through strict process and quality checks.
• Allocate manpower, monitor attendance, and train team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision (stationery, printing, paper, or packaging industry experience will be an advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,421.44 - ₹33,711.05 per month
