Production Supervisor

Job Summary: The Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day production activities on the shop floor, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality standards, safety protocols, and timely delivery of finished corrugated packaging products. You will be the key link between the production workers and management , ensuring that manufacturing goals are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise daily production schedules for corrugated carton manufacturing. Lead, train, and motivate a team of machine operators, helpers, and technicians. Ensure efficient operation of machinery like Flexo Printing Machines, Slotters, Die Cutters, Folder Gluers, and Stitchers . Maintain strict quality control standards to minimize waste and rework. Monitor production KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, yield, and output . Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, Design, and Logistics departments for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards as per factory norms. Prepare and maintain daily production reports, shift logs, and manpower deployment records. Minimize raw material wastage and ensure optimal usage of paper, boards, and adhesives. Assist in inventory management of raw materials and consumables . Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices on the shop floor. Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues with minimal downtime. Participate in audits, customer visits, and internal quality assessments. Why Join Us?
