As we scale up, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing unit and ensure timely, efficient, and quality-driven production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes of garments and textiles.
• Oversee the daily operations of the production unit and manage a team of tailors, fabricators, and support staff.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
• Manage raw material procurement in coordination with the purchase and design teams.
• Develop and track production schedules to meet sales and marketing deadlines.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety and labor regulations within the unit.
• Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and management to align production with brand goals.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Textile Technology, Fashion Production, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in apparel/textile manufacturing or garment production.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and cost control.
• Leadership skills to manage floor staff and ensure discipline.
• Proficiency in inventory and workflow management tools is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and deadline-focused.
