Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Faridabad. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, creating and managing production schedules, ensuring production plans are met, and maintaining communication to ensure smooth operations. The supervisor will also be tasked with monitoring and supervising the production team to ensure efficiency and quality standards are upheld. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 20-25 workers on the factory floor Supervise daily production and ensure output targets are met Monitor quality control, safety, and housekeeping standards Maintain inventory records of raw materials and finished goods Coordinate with vendors, dispatch teams, and internal stakeholders Ensure timely execution of orders with minimal wastage and delays Qualifications Relevant industry experience in Metal Fabrication 5+ years of experience in a Production/Manufacturing Supervisor role. Ability to create and manage Production Schedules and Production Planning Communication and Leadership Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to work within a team and drive productivity Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field preferred
