Controlling the chemical composition, casting defect analysis. Improvement in existing tooling's. Preferred candidate profile Supervise production activities and personnel during shifts. Job Summary We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily production activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards while leading a team of operators and technicians. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage production line activities to meet daily and weekly targets. 2. Allocate labour and resources to meet production schedules while minimizing downtime. 3. Ensure adherence to quality standards, company procedures, and customer specifications. 4. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for any repairs or servicing needs. 5. Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve productivity and quality goals. 6. Maintain production records, shift reports, and KPI dashboards. 7. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste. 8. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. 9. Conduct regular shift meetings and provide feedback to workers for performance improvement. 10. Manage inventory of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods. Qualifications and Experience: 1. Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or a related field. 2. 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an **automobile parts manufacturing** environment (e.g., machining, Melting, injection moulding, casting, and assembly). 3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, equipment, and production planning. 4. Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other continuous improvement tools. 5. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. 6. Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. Work Environment: 1. Factory floor-based role with regular exposure to machinery, noise, and materials handling. 2. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift components, and work in a fast-paced environment. 3.
