• Advanced knowledge of master scheduling to effectively allocate resources and manage production timelines for efficient output.
• Strong skills in demand forecasting to anticipate production needs and adjust resources accordingly.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve production-related challenges swiftly and effectively.
• Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to achieve production goals seamlessly.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with different departments and ensure clarity in production plans and objectives.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• AS9100D Knowledge is an added advantage
• Prior experience in Defense & Aerospace is an added advantage
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective production plans to meet the strategic goals and customer demand efficiently.
• Coordinate the production workflow for multiple products, ensuring fielding of quality and timely deliverables.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate production delays or changes in demand.
• Lead and manage PPC team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and enhancing productivity.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to secure raw materials and resources timely and cost-effectively.
• Utilize SAP ERP for detailed planning, scheduling, and reporting to maintain optimal production flow and inventory management.
• Identify and implement improvements in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment in production objectives and capabilities.
