Key Responsibilities: - Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand, including material requirements planning, capacity planning, and scheduling. - Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. - Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow. - Production Control: Monitor and control production processes, including tracking production schedules, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions. - Performance Analysis: Analyze production performance metrics, such as lead time, throughput, and efficiency, to identify areas for improvement. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - Experience: Typically 1-3 years of experience in production planning and control, or a related field. - Skills: - Knowledge of production planning and control principles, including MRP and ERP systems. - Experience with production planning software, such as SAP or Oracle. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
