Job Overview:
Homegenie Building Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) Engineer to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-effective production through effective planning, coordination, and control across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on order volume and delivery timelines
• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores and purchase teams for timely procurement
• Allocate resources across machines, manpower, and processes to maximize productivity
• Track Work-in-Progress (WIP) and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics departments

Candidate Profile:

• Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in production planning, scheduling, or control in manufacturing or building materials industry
• Skills Required:
• Strong experience in PPC, ERP reporting, and production coordination
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process flow optimization, and shop floor planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and production performance tracking tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: ₹28,000 – ₹ 35,000 per month
