Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor

• Coordinate with

• Analyze fabrication drawings and determine

  material and manpower requirements

• Prepare

  daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

• Track project progress and identify

  bottlenecks

  to ensure timely completion.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams for material availability and dispatch planning.
• Optimize utilization of

  machines, manpower, and materials

  to minimize delays and wastage.
• Ensure timely release of

  cutting plans, shop drawings, and work orders

  .
• Maintain and update

  ERP / Excel-based dashboards

  for planning and tracking.
• Coordinate with

  logistics

  for dispatch planning and project deliveries.
• Support management in

  forecasting

  ,

  capacity planning

  , and

  production analysis

  .

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  PEB fabrication and erection processes

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel / ERP systems / MS Project

  .
• Good understanding of

  steel manufacturing / fabrication planning

  .
• Excellent

  coordination, communication, and analytical skills

  .
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
